Logging into new Flores
Using your desktop/laptop

1. Go to the FloresHR homepage 
2. Select “Register”
3. Enter information requested
4. Enter a new username and password
5. Select security questions and enter answers
6. Log in using new username and password

New FloresHR App

1. Delete old Flores App off your phone
2. Download new FloresHR App
3. Log on using your new username and password that you set up        
   To obtain tax forms:
   1. Log on to FloresHR
   2. Click on the menu button – top left corner
   3. Click on My Account > Account Summary > Tax Forms
   4. Once Flores has the forms ready you will see Form 5498_SA_2025 and 1099_SA_2025
      As always you can also call Flores at 1-800-532-3327. 

Log into the Doculivery System.

The Doculivery System will allow you to:

• View Your Pay Statemnets
• View Your W-2s
